PCS has selected several hardware platforms, which are dedicated to the implementation of its Advanced Process Control (APC) and Equipment Engineering Capabilities (EEC) solutions.

For an optimized deployment of Maestria® in 300mm and 200mm fabs with HSMS tools, PCS has qualified high reliability blade servers which answer your space, upgrade and maintenance concerns. (List available upon request)
